Smocked dress good, delivery slow
I ordered a hand-smocked dress for my niece's birthday. The dress itself, a pink floral one, was really well-made, exactly as pictured on the site. Quality felt very good, like it would last. Ordering was straightforward, no issues there. However, shipping took longer than expected; it arrived 9 days after I placed the order, which cut it a bit close for the party. I had to contact customer service once to check the status, and they responded within a day. They confirmed it was in transit but couldn't speed it up. So, great product, just plan ahead for delivery times.
Good quality, bit pricey
I bought one of their pima cotton pajamas during a sale. The fabric is super soft, definitely premium cotton, and the stitching seems very durable. My kid loves wearing them. I followed the care instructions for hand-smocked items, and they held up great after washing. The sizing seemed true to description. The only thing is, even with the sale, their regular prices are a bit high. It's good quality for sure, but you pay for it. I'd buy again for special occasions or another good sale.
